The information made available to the L.V.D.S. Inc. Members & Staffs through the Member's Site is proprietary and the sole property of the L.V.D.S. Inc. unless otherwise noted and may not to refined, compiled, or combined into the works of any others without the express permission of the L.V.D.S. Inc. or its designee. All member information is held by the L.V.D.S. Inc. as private to the Society for its sole use by Members and their Staffs. No permission is granted for use of Member rosters outside the Membership of the L.V.D.S. Inc.. All other usage is expressly forbidden without the L.V.D.S. Inc. consent.

PROTECTION OF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

The Member Codes for Dentists & Staffs, Usernames & Passwords are the responsibility of each Member to safeguard. They may NOT be shared with others to utilize the LakelandSmiles Website. Abuse of individual Usenames, Passwords or Member Codes may result in interruptions in services or automatic termination of access by the servers and/or The Lakeland Valley Dental Society, Inc.

INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

No information or material provided to “L.V.D.S Inc.” by you through the website may contain vulgar, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful language or material. We will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless we obtain your permission to use your name or we are required to do so by law.
